EDUCATION THAT TRANSFORMS
FROM SAUDI TO THE WORLD
Kauthar Academy for Aliveness is grounded in a simple belief: when a woman is deeply connected to her fitra, her presence becomes a source of meaningful impact.
Bringing together culturally rooted wisdom and global perspectives, the Academy designs programs that support embodied leadership, clarity, and purposeful contribution. Through collaborations with facilitators from over 20 countries, Kauthar offers learning experiences that are both expansive and deeply grounded. Its growing community includes women across industries who go on to lead, create, and contribute with greater alignment, reflecting the Academy’s commitment to inner transformation as a foundation for legacy that heals humanity.

to be of impact & in joy
Kauthar Academy for Aliveness is an educational ecosystem devoted to supporting women in returning to their inner truth, embodied wisdom, and aligned leadership. Rooted in the belief that personal transformation creates collective impact, Kauthar brings together psychology, cultural wisdom, and embodied practices to support women in living with greater clarity, presence, and purpose.
The Academy was created in response to a growing need for spaces where women can honor both their inner development and their outer contribution: where spiritual depth, cultural identity, wellbeing, and meaningful success are not separate paths, but part of an integrated way of living.
Through embodied programs, retreats, 1:1 coaching, and community experiences, Kauthar offers a holistic approach to growth grounded in the principles of alignment, rooted identity, conscious contribution, embodied leadership, and collective belonging.
True cultural change begins in the daily life of those who steward it.
Founded by Noor Kayyal, a Saudi educator and facilitator with a background in Psychology and Social Equity from the University of Toronto, Kauthar is shaped by her experience across global cultural institutions, including UNESCO’s Culture Sector and the United Nations, alongside years of study in embodied transformation, healing traditions, and wisdom practices across cultures.
Kauthar represents the convergence of global learning and ancestral rootedness — creating a space where Arab and Muslim women can be deeply connected to their heritage while stepping forward into their fullest expression.
Today, Kauthar brings together women from diverse backgrounds and life paths through a growing ecosystem of learning, connection, and transformation. The Academy supports women not by asking them to become someone new, but by creating the conditions to reconnect with their inherent wisdom, express their truth, and move through the world with greater presence.
At the heart of Kauthar is the understanding that personal transformation is inseparable from collective wellbeing. When women are rooted in themselves, they are better able to nurture their relationships, lead with clarity, create with courage, and contribute to a more conscious future.
