ABOUT NOOR
I’m Noor Kayyal, Founder and Lead Facilitator of Kauthar Academy for Aliveness.
I work with women who know there is more for them — more truth, more freedom, more expression, more life — but sometimes feel caught between who they are, who they’ve been told to be, and who they are becoming.
My work brings together personal development and practical life and business growth. We look beneath the surface at the patterns, beliefs, relationships, and emotions shaping your life, while also bringing that awareness into how you lead, create, work, and build. The goal isn’t to choose between wellbeing and ambition, but to create success that is rooted in who you are.
My background is in Psychology and Social Equity from the University of Toronto, with further training in transformational coaching, holistic healing, and trauma-informed mindfulness. I’ve also worked with UNESCO and the United Nations, and have held 500+ hours of coaching with women around the world — mothers, founders, creatives, leaders, and women in transition.
I care deeply about creating spaces where women can be honest enough to know themselves and supported enough to grow. Because when you become more grounded within yourself, you make different decisions, build differently, relate differently, and create from a place of greater trust.
Every coaching journey is personal. We begin with where you are and work towards what you want to make possible — whether that is deeper self-worth, a new chapter in your life, greater visibility, a business without burnout, or the courage to finally bring an idea into the world.
